Vos pamatau tekstą, skirtą Žaliojo tilto skulptūroms pasmerkti arba apginti, iškart pasidaro linksma – vėl kas nors pažers tautologijų, bandys susikrauti kultūrinį ar politinį kapitalą. Antra vertus, kiekvienas rašantysis atveria savo interesų lauką, bando įtvirtinti savo ginamas ideologines pozicijas. Prieš keletą metų panašiai buvo atsitikę su „Krantinės arka“, bet nuotaikos tąsyk labai akivaizdžiai poliarizavosi – vizualiojo meno cechas prieš neišprususią visuomenę. Rašydamas šį tekstą, suteiksiu galimybę pasilinksminti tiems skaitytojams, kurie į šios temos eskalavimą reaguoja panašiai kaip aš…

Ideologija

Tikiuosi, sutiksite, kad viešojoje erdvėje nėra (ir negali būti) nė vienos (net dekoratyvinės) skulptūros, neturinčios ideologinio šleifo. Nesvarbu, apie ką kalbėtume – tiek christianizacija, tiek primityvizuotas nacionalizmas, tiek totalitaristinis (sovietinis) natūralizmas, tiek liberalistinis konstruktyvizmas, tiek neoliberalistinis konceptualizmas stengiasi paveikti eilinius žmones, neatsparius ideologijai. Tai ne kas kita, o neurolingvistinis ir/ar psichoarchetipinis kolonializmas. Šiuos procesus nuolat palaiko visos jėgos institucijos, pradedant policija ir armija, baigiant kultūra ir edukacija. Kad ir kaip šiuos reiškinius vartytume, jų šaknys bendros – eurocentristinės. Išskirti kurią nors vieną ideologinę sistemą, jos atributais remiantis kaip argumentais, – tai ir yra tautologija.

Dažniausiai pasitelkiamas argumentas, kodėl reikia nugriauti Žaliojo tilto skulptūras, yra sovietinių kareivių („Taikos sargyboje“, 1952 m., skulptorius Bronius Pundzius) tapatinimas su šiandieninės Rusijos imperialistinėmis ambicijomis, nors tai ir nėra visiškai adekvatu. Nacionalistams tai puiki proga griebtis demonizavimo – jie jau mato ant tilto net „žalius žmogeliukus“,[i] ir nacionalinės purifikacijos. O liberalams akis bado tiesiog modernumo trūkumas, ir tiek. Tiems, kurie vis dar bando apčiuopti numirėlio (sovietinės ideologijos) pulsą, norėčiau priminti jų pačių neišspręstus klausimus, tiesiogiai susijusius su aptariamos skulptūrinės grupės ikonografija. Turiu omenyje mano kartos vyrukus, vadinamojo Afganistano karo 1979–1989 m. veteranus, kurie būtent su tokiomis vėliavomis ėjo mirti ir toli gražu ne savo noru. Jie nėra pripažįstami karo veteranais, nes tarnavo okupacinėje armijoje, todėl nesulaukia jokių lengvatų dėl suluošinto gyvenimo. Manau, bent jau tol, kol valstybė išspręs problemas, represuojančias jos piliečius, ši skulptūrinė grupė galėtų stūksoti, kad būtų kaip krislas akyse visiems, priimantiems sprendimus.

We are refugees and political activists from Sudan, today we are peacefully occupying our Sudanese embassy in Berlin, as a protest action to announce our political position against Sudanese regime which is holding the power in Sudan since 1989 through a military coup lead by General Omer Al Bashir who is now a criminal wanted by the international criminal court for crimes against humanity, genocide and war crimes.

Al Bashir is leading an Islamic extremists group who caused the split of Sudan into two states in 2011 after announcing the war against southern Sudanese as a holy war in name of God.

We are coming from Hannover the capital of lower Saxony, specifically from our refugees protest camp in Weißekreuzplatz which had been established in 24 May 2014 to declare our political position which based on the following:

The refusal of violation of our basic human rights by German government and its law, and the urgency of our demand to be protected immediately and grant asylum resident permit as a fundamental right according to the both: German constitution and Universal declaration of human rights.

Stop governmental collaboration between German state and Sudanese regime, this collaboration encourages Sudan regime which lead by a criminal to continue genocide, crimes against humanity and war crimes.



Today through our action here in Berlin we repeat our demands which mentioned above through drawing the attention of the public to this issue.



This embassy had been stolen from Sudanese people!

We are saying today, after 26 years from oppression to the dictator Omar Al Bashir: Enough is enough; you must leave the power now!

And our message to German government: Enough is enough; you must grant refugees from Sudan their rights to be allowed to stay in Germany! Stop collaborating with the criminal regime and providing the killer dictator with money and economic support!

Our call to German people: Support our demands and all others refugees demands to stay in Germany and to be protected as human according to German constitution!

I are we am Tae Ateh. Become Tae Ateh. Tae Ateh has been given to us by the words of the trees and the song of the heart beating like a train. Tae Ateh has been selected for a new multiple identity project in the tradition of Monty Cantsin, Karen Eliot and Luther Blissett. The Tae Ateh moniker has the advantage of being one that might belong to either a male of a female since Tae as a first name does not appear to be gender specific.



At the same time it is distinctly female as Ateh in some languages refers to an older female of the family. It is also distinctly non European. As such it is a double whammy against the twin monsters of Eurocentricity and Patriarchy. In this way it is superior to any previous multiple identity we are aware of.Even more Tae Ateh refers not only to human, but also to non-human beings and so revolutionize stuck into anthropocentrism multiple identity project(s) of previous attempts. Tae Ateh is a name plant that calls another plant and refers to the inner materiality vibrations leading to resonance. Tae Ateh is a name for butterfly‘s wings effect.
Tae Ateh is a name that refers to an animist depths of personhood individual human which enables any individual human or non-human being to be anyone or anything. Fellow workers,

While we can commend your steadfast defence of your workers, even to the point of mutiny against the city officials we must draw some further points to your attention if you are to truly fulfil the historical mission of becoming a revolutionary workers organisation.

Firstly you must begin to organise not just as a benevolent association but as a psychic workers union. You are not productive workers. You do not produce commodities. You are non-productive, so what is your work producing? It is nothing but the production of everyday life. You produce also the psychic cohesion of the working class. Currently this psychic effort is in the service not of the people ie the working class, but the elite, ie the ruling class. So first you must transform yourself into a psychic workers union.

As producers of everyday life therefore you must allow the working class especially in your special areas to enter into your union freely. And treat the working class with which you come into contact in everyday life, as equal workers to your own police workers.

Secondly you must allow those fellow destructive workers – the so-called criminals – into your union, your discussions, considerations and organisation. We say “so-called criminals” because in instances of people being killed by the police the question of criminality of the police is opened up. Therefore your own workers are equal with others, those non-workers, unemployed criminalised workers that you are pitted against while you do the bidding of the ruling class. Only you can change this.

Thirdly you will become part of the local and international reproductive unions. Certainly in those cases where workers have been killed, whether police or the criminalised, there has been an attempt by families to organise. Your own efforts have only so far been around the families of dead police officers – but not around the families of those killed by the police. This must change. Furthermore you must merge with reproductive unions, all families of new York and the world, in order to revolutionise society as we transform ourselves from wage slaves into masters of our own destinies.

die derzeitigen Verhältnisse der prekären Arbeit lassen keine Weiterführung des Kunstbetriebes eines Projektraumes im Sinne einer kritischen Kunst und seiner Projektkooperationen zu. Es ist unmöglich geworden weiterzuarbeiten, wenn aufgrund der rückhaltlosen und perspektivlosen Umstände personelle und organisatorische Brüche in der Arbeit entstehen. Diese Unstimmigkeiten führen zu Missmut, Vertrauensbrüchen und letztendlich auch zu Zerwürfnissen in den Kollektiven.
Die Verantwortung hierfür tragen mehrere Behörden die, obgleich ihr Auftrag etwas anderes vorgibt, die Arbeit kritischer Kunst unterminieren.
Hauptgrund für die Entscheidung die Arbeit im Organ kritischer Kunst niederzulegen, ist die Nichtanerkennung von Grundrechten politischer, nicht im Sinne der neoliberalen Verwertungslogik produzierender Künstlerinnen und Künstler, von Seiten staatlicher Behörden.
Seit Jahren wird von vielen Netzwerken auf den Missstand hingewiesen, indem sich kulturelle und künstlerische Projekte an der Basis befinden. Vor allem auch in unserer Stadt haben sich Initiativen gegründet um dem entgegenzuwirken. Es wurde und wird viel geredet, getan wenig und die Prekarisierung nimmt unaufhaltsam ihren Lauf. Wenn die, von Soros „Open Society's“ gemästete Kunstgänse unter ihresgleichen kapital-affine, kritisch-affirmative Kunst (im Spektrum von Querfront bis Neokolonialismus) propagieren und über Organisationsformen und Syndikalisierung reden und dabei aufrichtige Kolleginnen und Kollegen instrumentalisiert werden, dann ist des blanken Zynismus Horizont wohl erreicht. Die Speerspitze einer eurozentristischen, weißen Kultur wird hofiert, auf der Suche nach dem humanen Kapitalismus, den man im Osten Europas mit Bomben und Granaten zu installieren versucht. Es wird das Zerrbild der „kritischen Gesellschaft“ medienwirksam in Szene gesetzt auf Kosten derer, die ausgeschlossen werden, um die eigene Legitimation und Herrlichkeit zu zelebrieren.
Wenn noch nicht mal die Grundrechte gewährleistet werden und auch sonst noch an so mancherlei bürokratischer Hürden gebastelt wird, dann wird jeglicher Versuch, durch Maximierung der Selbstausbeutung ein Minimum an Würde für seine Arbeit zu erlangen, obsolet – deswegen, definitiv: STREIK!

Full-blown shopping for the hearts & minds is going down around the globe. Shady assets & surplus value in form of conditional short & long-term political, social and cultural "project" funding has messed up the practices of genuine grassroots solidarity actions and real critical thinking. That is to say one thing is the material & ideological conditions in which we non-live, while another is whether we actually do something about it or internalize the rewarding mechanism. Unfortunately, what is instilled in this army of application-writing gentrification soldiers is the values of moral supremacy and privilege - very beneficial in spreading the Eurocentric logic of art, democracy and enlightenment.

These careerists are just like a politician who might pride him- or herself for the exposure she gets, but the emptiness of their image embodies mood swings and tactical strategies of their bosses. Luckily, the self-styled "leaders of change" make their poor understanding of the social nature of humanity visible by forming gangs for such spectacles and "representing" made up unions. But the problem lies in the fact that such entrepreneurs seduce the poor into reproducing this aestheticization of politics, a key ingredient to fascism.

Komentarą paskatino parašyti Audronio Liugos eurocentristinis ekstremizmas ir rasizmo pateisinimas straipsnyje „Sąžinės maišto laikas“ (Kultūros barai, Nr.11). Straipsnyje autorius aprašo ir išaukština Bretto Bailey‘o projektų ciklą „Exhibit A“ ir „Exhibit B“, kuris buvo boikotuotas Londone, o masinį (daugiausia juodaodžių) pasipriešinimą įvardijo kaip žmonių, nesuvokiančių „istorinės tiesos“ veiksmus. Straipsnio autorius naiviai (o galbūt ir sąmoningai) manosi ginąs „menininko teisę turėti kūrybos ir pasaulėžiūros laisvę“, nors iš esmės demonstruoja eurocentristinį šovinizmą ir struktūrinį rasizmą, kuris jo nuomone yra pateisinamas, jeigu įtrauktas į buržuazinius festivalius pripažintuose europiniuose centruose. Apgailėtina, bet autorius nesugeba pateikti nė vieno argumento iš kitos – protestuotojų – pusės. Jis apgailestauja, kad projektas nebuvo įgyvendintas Londono meno komplekse Barbicane, kai tuo tarpu aš buvau vienas tų, kurie buvo kitoje barikadų pusėje ir čia noriu pateikti kitokius argumentus.

Bailey‘o projektas yra rasistinis iš esmės, nes demonstruoja juodaodžius vyrus ir moteris kaip paprasčiausius objektus. Bet tai mums[1] jau įprasta – dar daugiau – tai Europoje normalu. Tai mūsų nebešokiruoja. Mes tuo netgi nesipiktiname. Bet šis atvejis mums yra galimybė pabrėžti Europos kultūros rasistines šaknis, nes būtent šiame projekte tai daugiau nei akivaizdu. Ir šio reiškinio peticijomis atakuoti nebėra prasmės, nes Europos kultūra turi tam imunitetą. Tai įrodo, kad ir kitas minėtame straipsnyje aprašomas pavyzdys – Castelluci‘o spektaklio boikotas Lietuvoje, kurio dėka vidutiniškas spektaklis įgauna prasmę, privatizuojant sąmoningai išprovokuoto skandalo pasekmes. Taigi, mes nesiekiame reformuoti meno, ar europinės kultūros, ar kažkokio naujo reformuoto rasizmo lygmens. Mums visi šie elementai tėra kapitalizmo kanalizacijos, o kapitalizmas negali būti reformuotas iš esmės. Todėl nėra prasmės boikotuoti nei Barbicane centro, nei bet kurios kitos „viešosios erdvės“ panašiam menui rodyti. Tokios vietos turi ilgainiui atitekti žmonėms, kurie dirba, o ne tiems, kurie darbą ar jo prasmę privatizuoja. Čia norime pabrėžti, kad juodaodis Europoje iš esmės yra politinis darbininkas, už kurio darbą jam nesumokama. Dėl šios priežasties A. Liugos pozicija yra kritikuotina vien dėl nesugebėjimo atskirti minios nuo organizuoto ir klasines pozicijas aiškiai artikuliuojančio pasipriešinimo, kurio, deje, Lietuvoje mes neturime ir reakcionieriai bando jas tapatinti su nacionalinės isterijos pagalba suformuotomis „žmonių masėmis“.

The union of DAta Miners/ Travailleurs Psychique has emerged from the involvement of IWW workers in the Alytus Art Strike in 2009. It is currently in formation, non dues paying, and experimental forum for the united action of different workers around the world on the basis of industrial production that affects the psychic makeup of us and our world as workers - ie through dimensions of space, time and meaning.

Alytus Psychic Strike Biennial of 2015 as usually is yielding a ground for counter-eurocentrist manifestation, denouncing the structural core of racist issues in serious (white) culture of biennalization, rising the decolonization of mind including Black Power experience and subversion of "normalization" processes into abnormalization fiest where every two years psychic workers and data miners are joyfully celebrating the death of art.

We aim at worldwide unionising on the proletarianist basis.

We distanced ourselves from the role of the art workers because the basis of art workers solidarity is a basis of the imperialism of art and the wholly anti-working class basis of art. The question is can we as workers unionise in order to build working class power. Our answer has been to reject, resist and attack art itself just as revolutionary workers unionisation is against work itself.

We aim at new possibility of interpersonal relationship practices of (non)humans without capitalist specialization and alienation resulted by bourgeois culture.

The event is planned for August 18-23rd , 2015 in Alytus. 


Prehistory





Alytus Biennial is a logic continuation of numerous international experimental art festivals and events held in southern Lithuanian town Alytus since 1993. So far the essential element for the town is an absence of any artistic infrastructure (neither galleries, art museums, nor even some exhibition hall in the city hosting 50 000 inhabitants – sic! - and even no any promises from the municipal authorities) the events were held directly in the streets and other urban common places. The essential element for any of those activities was political-artistic behavior and problematic.





As a clearly defined event under the name of Alytus Biennial the event appeared in 2005. The basic idea for it was to continue experimental art tradition directly in the urban spaces of the town. So far it took the name “Beware!Politics!” it really stood somewhere in-between of arts and politics. The biennial also clamed for debienalization of arts and society so to respond to increasing number of various biennials appeared as cultural capital in itself. The communal approach of the artists’ community was taken as a highest value of the event to continue the development further.





The biennial of 2007 was given to youth with a task simply to demystify it’s importance an so to trap the sacred name of it. So far they did not succeed to destroy the biennial as the symbol of “serious culture” – next step was Art Strike Biennial: to cease any artistic activity related to mimicking of Vilnius European Cultural Capital and/or any establishment in Lithuania in 2009. Establishment got pierced and Biennial turned into an activity to not produce arts every second the year. This year DAMTP has emerged.



Alytus [Art Strike] Biennial of 2011 yielded a ground for the First Congress of DAta Miners and Travailleurs Psychique (DAMTP). That happen on August 22-28th in Alytus. It aimed at gathering of world wide radical antiautoritaric post-neoist-out of Dadaists, surrealists or offsprings of fluxus and situationists, post artists (those who ceased their participation in capitalist spectacle), prophets, sages and seers, cultural, political and social workers, dead and alive, made-up and non-existant, reproductive workers and lovers – everybody who are active in the field of space, time and meaning under the umbrella of DAta Miners and Travailleurs Psychique to discuss, share and spread around our experiences and good will to destroy bourgeois culture and outlive capitalist specializations. So far we found art strike biennial very relevant form to abolish imperialist format of cultural biennial format, also to liberate some funds from them on that occasion and that was very pleasant form to outlive the death of art (and serious culture) in a place were it never was settled (yet).

The DAMTP meeting to discuss on decolonization and particularly on its visual and linguistic issues was held on September 21-23, 2012 in Alytus and there was rised an issue of identity. So far discussions did not lead to any resolution there was a need to address the question to elaborate practically. And during the Art Strike Biennial of 2013 the question of identity was elaborated practically by adopting the instrument of DesaKalaPatraGraph (DKP-graph).



The format of the psychic strike biennial for 2015 - to generate discussion and to invent, repeat and develop collective practices:

-          Collective painting and animist ceramics with body-psychics healing capacities

-           Morning exercises

-           DKP-graphics

-           Déjà vu day and night public preemptive anti-capitalist and counter-bourgeois pickets/demonstrations - dead workers of all nations and times, organic and non-organic were included;
-         growing up distrust to eurocentrist Cartesian assumption on language as representative (i.e. assumption that the world exists objectively and that language represents, symbolizes, stands for and/or mirrors reality that is independent of human agency, except in terms of use value) and applying of generative language (non-european to asemic) which emerges from human and/or non-human intentionality and interaction.

-           Workshops on collective hypergraphics and situgraphics.

-          Déjà vu psychogeographic 3-sided football match in the public park;

-          Déjà vu developed and empowered total DIY music jam;

-          Déjà vu cloudbusting – the extraction of cosmic sexual energy extracted by cloud engineering busters (according to invention by Wilhelm Reich) and/or human/non-human psychic will… and sharing will all people of good will around.

-           listening to the songs of lichens on anthropogenic substrata at Tatar cemetery and polyphonic mind singing


And traditionally: no individual show-ups, no organized [visual] documentation ...and trying to avoid any... 


So,

-          there are  invited everybody who ceased playing the role of artists, or are planning to do it soon – and we expect for not doing arts during the festival, but sharing your artistic experience and fantasies in more useful activities we’ll decide right at place

-         there are  invited theoreticians not to give the lectures and clever advices, neither addressing big names, but rather to look for latent possibilities not hidden under the shiny professionalism

-          there are  invited activists who instead of addressing global capitalist problems would face the misery of everyday life what is actual cause for it.

-          there are  invited everybody to set up the radical consequences of global capitalist cultural colonialism and to look forward for common acts in all levels of space, time and meaning.

DEWOU- DAMTP will also be doing a psychic attack against the high street fashion chains that exploit garments workers at Occupy Democracy. T-shirt printing workshop in solidarity with garments workers on Bangladesh. We will create designs and print onto T-shirts which will be sold at leading high street stored in order to raise awareness of atrocities committed by high street brands and to raise funds for families of dead workers and hospital treatment of those injured producing clothes for the high streets of the overdeveloped world.


We are from Left 21, a left-wing group in Hong Kong. We are supporting but not organising the movement.


The current demands of the movement is for democratisation of Hong Kong’s political system, especially the elections for the Chief Executive.


After days of protests, the government has agreed to meet with students last night.
You could help by drafting and signing a statement of support targeting the HONG KONG government, to ask them to conduct the coming meeting with students with an open attitude and to promote the democratisation of Hong Kong.


Kindly avoid using words such as ‘revolution’ in the statement, because this is not a revolution.


We would be most grateful if you could let us have a look at the statement before publishing it. Thank you so much.

We write to question your decision to cancel the meeting with a delegation from the striking students regarding their collective demands.


We must demand that you meet with them as originally planned. We must demand that you recognise them as workers even as you are workers.



Students, like government workers or civil servants, are psychic producers of the conditions for all workers. More and more, academia around the world is becoming more like a factory for national ideology than a place of education or learning. As such students are in a similar situation to you in that they are producing the situation that is perpetuating around them.


We hope you can come together with them in the interests of workers all over the world to move towards real democratic socialism; the transfer of all means of production, both physical and psychical, into the direct control of workers.
